A lovely "sea side" villa! This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa with its cool look provides a great choice for comfort and privacy. This completely air conditioned villa and fully screened openings with its private pool area is another top notch Villa Madeleine choice.
Bord De Mer Villa is a patio style home with your own private patio and private pool located off of the living room area. The villa location on the grounds with its southshore upper tier position gives you beautiful ocean views as well as mountain views along with your pool deck privacy. (Not all the villas on the southshore are high enough or positioned to enjoy such views).
The living area features comfortable seating for relaxing while enjoying the large flat screen cable TV, or gazing to the outside view from the double set of French doors. A dining area with seating for 4, entrance to the galley kitchen as well as privacy french doors leading into the master bedroom suite are also accessed from this great room.

The master bedroom suite off the great room is large with its own set of French doors leading to the pool area and features a King size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen TV plus a cozy spot for casual reading.
Both bedrooms feature private baths en suite with large walk in marble showers.
The second bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and also has its own bathroom with large walk in shower.
"Bord De Mer" is fully equipped including washer/dryer, flat screen cable TV, wireless broadband internet (wi-fi), a gas BBQ grill to enjoy casual dining alfresco, and more!
Each villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, master bedroom/bath, living/dining area and in the 2 bedroom units there is also a bath en suite for each bedroom. Separate bedrooms in the 2 bedroom units allow excellent privacy for 2 couples, or family with older children as no children under 10 are allowed.
Complete pool privacy in a walled garden sun terrace and excellent location to all island activities makes Villa Madeleine a desirable choice.

Perfect family friendly, beautiful, fun-filled Villa
I stayed here with my boyfriend and his family for a week. I had never been to the VI and staying at the Bord De Mer Villa was the BEST choice we made. The views are stunning, the private pool was used EVERYDAY! The owners provided everything we could've needed for our stay. The location was great, far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it still felt like a vacation but still super close to all the food and amenities you could want! We made great use out of the helpful booklet the owners put together for different things to try out as we weren't sure of what to fill some of our days with. Charles, the Villa caretaker, was also great and always on top of all our requests. I can't wait to go back and won't be staying anywhere else!

This is a beautiful condo/villa! Has everything available that you need for a tropical getaway. Beautiful location with ocean views. Loved having the private patio and pool. Found many excellent restaurants nearby.

Beautiful Villa
Bord De Mer is a beautiful villa for two couples vacationing. It has 2 king suits with large bathrooms/showers and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool area was great, we used it more than we expected to. Charles the villa manager was very helpful with check in and getting us to the villa from the airport. He provided us with a couple maps of the island which was very helpful. All of the grounds keepers (the landscaping is beautiful) were very friendly and always stopped to say hello. The binder that the villa owner put together was very informative with golf course info, restaurant suggestions, and information on the beaches.. We will definitely be back!.

Wonderful Stay at Bord de Mer!!!
Beautiful condo and views!! My family of four had a wonderful stay at Bord de Mer Villa this month. The views from the pool patio were amazing. The villa was clean and well-stocked. We had wonderful breezes throughout the day and at night. We enjoyed relaxing by and floating in the pool, when we were not snorkeling, hiking or taking a family night kayak adventure. The table and chairs on the patio, umbrella, grill and some furniture were new. We ate at three great restaurants within a ten minute drive from the villa. We will certainly return to this villa upon our next trip to St. Croix.
