Is the perfect villa if you're looking for a comfortable and gracious villa right at the water without spending a fortune! This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath main house along with its two level pool house across the pool deck with another 2 bedrooms/2 baths can accommodate up to 10 guests. Exceptional ever changing ocean views with a close up of Buck Island in sight plus beautiful tropical landscaping throughout the villa grounds and a large private courtyard pool area that has all it all!
Perfect location to walk right out to the water, to enjoy the days lounging at the pool, or on the deck, with palm trees for shade, or for the snorkelers who want to take advantage of the waterfront location of the villa.
Enjoy the ambiance as you watch the sailboats and catamarans gliding by on their way to Buck Island. The views are spectacular ranging from the ever changing water colors to beautiful tropical landscaping around the villa property.
The great room is graciously and comfortably furnished affording views out to the sea.
Adjoining the sitting area is the dining area and the open kitchen allowing the spectacular views from all rooms.
All living areas feature split system air conditioning.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath en suite. The other bedroom features two twin size beds (for sleeping apart that can be converted into a king bed for a couple; please specify your choice when reserving) and the third bedroom has a queen bed and all bedrooms have their own private baths en suite. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans to catch the tropical breezes as well as new and updated air conditioning split systems should you desire to use it. All bedrooms in the main house have sliders out to the courtyard or garden. The pool bedrooms have access to their own decks on each level.
Across the pool deck from the main house is the 2 story guest house. The lower level has a full size bedroom with sitting area, half bath outside that is used as the pool bathroom, a small kitchen area and its own deck. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and french doors that open to the deck outside.
The upper bedroom has a private bath en suite, air conditioning and ceiling fan. On the upper level that bedroom features french doors that open to its own balcony with a great sea view. The upper level bedroom features a king bed and a picture window encompassing the wonderful water view and starry night sky!
This oceanfront location is perfect to enjoy frolicking in the water for snorkeling, swimming and shelling. You can even swim out (about 100 yards) to the reef wall for greater snorkelng views! Just walk the steps down from the house to the water from either the pool area or along the side of the house.
Trellised decks with lush palms and tropical plants along with the sound of the surf will entice you to relax at the pool and in the privacy of the villa grounds.
Enjoy one of two hammocks located on the property either at the pool deck under the shade deck or under the palms at the beach level. Then just when you think the day is over at sunset enjoy the show!
For interior entertainment dish newtork flat screen TV in the great room, Ipod ready players scattered in a few different spots and internet access are just a few of the amenities provided. This full amenity villa also features a generator to keep you comfortable should there be a power outage.
Conveniently located to all island activities including town this is a great location. There's even a casual and highly rated restaurant within walking distance and if you're looking for a special night at home you can reserve your own personal chef for the villa!

The house was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and make cocktails. The beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic! The location was amazing, with a perfect view of Buck Island. The house is located on the east end and it was very quiet and relaxing. The closest city to the the house is Christiansted. St Croix was just beautiful. Everyone was friendly and the sights were gorgeous and the restaurants were great. Anne, the property manager, was so very helpful from the initial booking to the last day. Wes met us at the airport and we followed him to the house where he showed us around and explained how everything worked. Whenever we return to St Croix I know our first choice would be to stay at Paradise Found..

Stunning view. Stay couldn’t have been any more relaxing. The east end of the island and east end marine park were amazing. Watched the sun rise over point udall every morning. Thank you! .

Oceanfront Luxury Villa with privacy, ocean access, views...We had a total of 9 family members and the house and grounds were perfect for our needs. We used both the main and guest house and had ample room to spread out both inside and outside. Plenty of room to have everyone together inside the house or in one of the many outside sitting areas, while also room to get away when any of us wanted a bit of solitude. The furnishings and kitchenware were all top notch. Plenty of plastic cups to bring out by the pool and great appliances. We spend time cooking at home but also got a couple meals from the great restaurant right across the road. Full size grill was great as I love to cook out. Bring water shoes so you can snorkel right off the beach. Sandy beaches can be found a short drive away (less than 5 minutes) in either direction. Communication was easy and all instructions were clear. I would love to return to this rental when I next spend time on the island. The only thing missing would be some beach chairs and a small cooler or two for outings, but that is nitpicking as all members of our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house beautiful view five minutes to sandy beaches well-stocked kitchen great beds and every bedroom has its own bathroom would highly recommend this house and ,Wes was very nice to deal with .we loved our time here!!!

Stayed over Christmas holidays with extended family, using both houses. Most everything worked fine (had to have propane tank replaced, but Wes was right on it; and never did get any TV in the guest house, but then we really weren't there for TV). Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. and some non-perishables. Short drive to Seaside Market for supplies. Rooms, beds, A/C, etc. all great when we needed them. Pool was refreshing, but did suffer just a bit from dirt blowing in, probably sand from Buck Island. Resident iguanas were pretty comfortable with us there. Location on north side of East End is convenient to most everything expect Frederiksted, and even that is only 30-45 min. drive. Probably the best part of Paradise Found is that ocean and Buck Island view! We sat mesmerized taking it in. No beach onsite, but one just down the road, and waterfront is more rocky, did not try to swim or snorkel it. Still, would definitely recommend the house, along with Anne at St. Croix Rent a Villa, including her car rental arrangements and thoughts and resources for all of our trip needs while on island.
