This 1 bedroom/2 level condo with the master suite on the upper level provides the perfect blend of Caribbean ambiance and comfort and is located on the grounds of the Reef 9 hole Golf course with views of Caribbean sea and tropical ambiance featuring wonderful privacy. A private front patio with breathtaking ocean views and the wonderful ocean breezes are a delight to enjoy the ambiance. As soon as you enter you'll know this is your tropical escape!

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen for when you want to dine in. There's even a BBQ charcoal grill on the back deck... all the pleasures of home!
There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room for extra sleeping. The living room features comfortable furnishings, views looking out to the porch and ocean, flat screen TV; there's ceiling fans throughout and free Wi-Fi at the condo for your use.
The loft bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan, open air ambiance,vanity area and separate bathroom.
No worries - enjoy the tropical island breezes and if it's a little still or too warm for you there is a split Air Conditioning system throughout to cool the entire condo!

There is plenty to do at the Reef, including golf, tennis and the beach. The beach is just across the road from the condo complex. Easy parking, lounge chairs left on the beach for your use, enjoy the hammock, breezes, beachcombing, swimming, views...
If you choose to venture off the resort, there is great shopping, fine dining, historic island sites and many other water sports and island activities to enjoy. Some of the Caribbean's best snorkeling and scuba diving take place on St. Croix! You can swim out and Dive the 70 ft drop wall at Cane Bay or take a short boat ride to our beautiful Buck Island, to name just two of the island highlights!

This was my third time staying at this condo. I visit St. Croix every year. When I arrived, I found the condo to be neat and tidy and ready for me to move in. Fresh flowers decorated the unit, and, the view!!! Oh, how I never tire of that view. It's picture perfect, every day. The owner has made the repairs and upgrades in response to the reviews below mine. I didn't experience any of the issues they noted (nor have I ever). I did not see the need to use the a/c, as the cross breeze is more than enough and I prefer the open window, open air style that is common in Caribbean homes and villas. The new fridge kept my food crisp and my beer cold. The bed was made with fresh linens and plenty of bath and beach towels were supplied for my use all week. The Reef Beach had seagrass this season, so I didn't get to swim and snorkel there this year, but it was a blessing in disguise as it gave me a chance to explore some other nearby beaches which were not affected by this unfortunate phenomenon. I finally made it to Shoy's beach (highly recommended!!!) and to Cramer's beach. Both are a quick and easy drive from the villa. It's nice to see the island recovering from hurricane Maria. Duggan's restaurant opened the week I was there!!! Everyone on the island knows about Duggan's and their grand reopening was literally the talk of the town, even as far as Frederiksted. I highly recommend the lobster, of course (their specialty), and the steaks are really good too. It's so nice to have that restaurant right down the path. Next year I'll try Sunday brunch for sure :-) All in all, this is a really great place to stay and Jennifer has always been available to answer any of my questions and to address any of my concerns. I find her to be a friendly and gracious hostess. I will definitely come back again and again and am already dreaming about my trip next year.

Beautiful View - Everything we needed & wanted - 5 stars! Had a fantastic 6 night stay at this property. The location and view both were excellent. Had everything we needed including a cooler, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, etc. We would love to stay here again!

The unit my wife & I stayed in was Tropical Escape unit. The owner Jennifer was very abiding. She was available or replied to any and all our concerns. The complex was located in a magnificent area. The view was second to none. Being on a golf course with a view of the ocean was unimaginable. Also, being located right next the beach and a restaurant that served the most delicious gourmet meals on the island that I will never forget.
